PROFILE
I am seeking an organization that is ambitious, agile and focused on continuous improvement. I bring my background in design along with my skills in planning to everything that I do. I take stakeholder requests and translate them to winning designs. I am a hard worker with a broad skillset that I will fully utilize to fulfill the role. Scrum Master for the website team as we became more SCRUM-oriented. Provide best-practice solutions to the team and worked to increase the team’s velocity. Work closely with the Product Owner to propose and scope solutions. Conduct multiple vendor evaluations and made vendor recommendations to management.

Designed and developed print advertising, email templates, microsites and of course the flagship website, www.constantcontact.com. I maintain a variety of published content on behalf of the company. I actively identified service gaps and proposed solutions to improve business processes that led to productivity enhancements for the team.
